Returns Policy

- Custom fabrication orders

- Special-order parts
Return Process
- Submit a Return Request
- Receive RMA number
- Ship the item back (customer or Precision-paid depending on reason)
- Refund issued within 3–5 business days after inspection
Restocking Fee
- Some returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
